Returns Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@fittrend.com with your order number.
- Tell us the reason for return and attach photos if the item is defective.
- We will send return instructions and the return address.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale / clearance items
- Items showing wear, damage, odor, or alterations
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/provider.
Return Shipping Fees
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. In that case, FitTrend covers return costs.
International Returns (CA/UK/AU)
International customers follow the same return rules. Import duties and taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable by FitTrend. Please check with your local customs office for possible recovery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, check with your bank first and then contact us for confirmation.
